Key activities include analyzing AI capabilities and limitations, showcasing educational AI tools, examining AI impact stories and providing handson AI experience. The main deliverable is a personal AI capabilities inventory matrix, which will document specific AI use cases relevant to the participant’s educational role and the AI tools that can support those applications.
